Guests Reviews of Crowne Plaza San Jose La Sabana, An Ihg Hotel

All the staff was very attentive and competent, tackled my issues. The location was excellent for trip in San Jose. Lucky that it was at a medium distance from Ozzy's Sport Bar, offering food to go;))

My wife and I greatly enjoyed being there. Good-sized and stylish units with a master bedroom and whirlpool tub plus spacious enough desk, and the staff were incredibly friendly.

The breakfast was free with different options daily, the best we had in San Jose. It was close to downtown cultural center and museo de oro, the hotel's restaurants and a large park, which was a nice 

The unit we got was large with a large comfortable king-size bed, whirlpool tub, for example. Had good location perfect to go to the airport...

Bright hotel, it deserves its 5 stars. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the location is the best right by excellent restaurants, which was a nice morning outing and the Crowne Plaza of the other.  

the location was great and the best, close to the tracopa bus terminal and the interior design was nice. the breakfast was marvellous with outstanding meals.

It was in a strategic location just close to a performing arts theater. There was a spacious restaurant a 10-15 minute walking distance from the hotel. Stayed in brand-new standard room with bed etc.

They gave us a standard king room with a view. The staffs were excellent & fantastically friendly. The location was convenient - very close to Teatro Nacional, a park nice museum and the national stadium, and San Jose centre. 

Our stay there was real good. The hotel was perfectly clean with well-appointed and great-sized rooms and attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with bed etc.

A very very good stay for a four day business trip. Convenient location for our visit to La Salle at a short distance from the hotel.

They gave us newly remodelled standard king room with a view. The staff was very attentive and responsive to what we asked for. The location was favourable and magnificent, relatively close to an indoor - outdoor museum 

The hotel is located in front of a bus station. I thoroughly enjoyed the staff, they are accommodating. The breakfast is amazing and delicious, includes variety of meals.

I enjoyed it. Came in San Jose to relax and have fun, this low cost hotel was excellent base for doing it. The personnel was service-minded and responsive. Strategic location close to the airport was a plus.  

We enjoyed the place and rich and delicious breakfast in it.

The rooms of the hotel were a nice size with bed etc.

location: the hotel was just next door to excellent restaurants, the crowne plaza and city center. and it was relatively close to iberik restaurant, ate there couple of times.

It had not so great views.
